This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven Indirect Tax Assistant Manager to join a growing and dynamic tax team within one of the UK's most progressive firms.
As an Indirect Tax Assistant Manager, you will:
* Manage the indirect tax compliance function across multiple offices, allocating and reviewing work completed by junior team members.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing your own portfolio and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Provide technical support and advice on indirect tax matters, including VAT compliance, advisory projects, and correspondence with HMRC.
* Review indirect tax returns and related work, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

What you'll need to succeed:
* Experience in a similar indirect tax role within a professional services environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK VAT and indirect tax compliance and advisory work.
* Proven ability to manage client portfolios and build lasting professional relationships.
* Experience leading and developing teams, coordinating the delivery of client work.
