This boutique firm is redefining tax advisory-combining senior expertise, international reach and AI-driven ways of working to deliver clear, commercial advice to large and listed clients.

The Role

  • Advise on VAT and indirect tax matters across complex Real Estate transactions and M&A
  • Provide structuring advice on acquisitions, disposals, TOGC and option to tax
  • Support due diligence, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work on UK and cross-border investments with international teams
  • Collaborate with legal advisers and transaction stakeholders
  • Build client relationships and support business development
  • Coach and develop junior team members

About You

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
  • Strong UK VAT experience, ideally within Real Estate
  • Experience advising large or listed businesses
  • Commercial and client-focused, with strong communication skills
  • Confident managing projects, clients and junior staff
