Are you ready to take the next step in your recruitment career? A leading Top 15 accountancy firm is looking for a Internal Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sourcing and stakeholder management skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will work alongside a lovely team, focusing on hands-on candidate sourcing, engagement, and supporting senior recruiters across multiple areas of the business. You'll be actively sourcing candidates and managing relationships from day one.
There is a clear progression path to Senior Recruiter (typically 2.5-3 years), giving ambitious recruiters the chance to grow within the business.
What You'll Be Doing

Sourcing and engaging candidates for various roles across the firm

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Supporting senior recruiters with end-to-end recruitment processes

Participating in interview processes and offering input on candidate suitability
Who We're Looking For

1-2 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house) - sourcing experience essential

Confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates

Strong communicator, with the ability to manage stakeholders and candidates

Open to agency recruiters looking to move in-house and develop long-term career

Enjoys building relationships with candidates rather than focusing solely on sales or business development
