International Employment Tax Manager - Leeds

  £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus
  
  I'm working with a leading international employment tax team who are looking to bring in a new manager to their established offering in the North.
  
  This team focus on supporting a range of businesses who are operating and growing internationally, advising on various matters including international employment tax risk, global employer compliance and regulatory and legislative change.
  
  Your new role:

  • Advise organisations on complex international employment tax matters, supporting cross-border workforces and mobility programmes across a range of industries and global locations
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering strategic guidance on employment tax compliance, payroll obligations, social security requirements, employee benefits, expenses, and equity-based reward arrangements
  • Produce high-quality technical advice and analysis, mentor junior team members, and contribute to their professional development while researching legislative updates, case law, and emerging tax issues
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and industry trends, contribute to thought leadership initiatives, strengthen professional networks, identify growth opportunities, and support business development and client engagement activities
  To be successful in this role you'll need:
  • Suitable qualification including CTA, ATT, ACA, ADIT or ACCA (or significant experience).
  • Experience supporting businesses advising on international tax matters (or a desire to want to work in this area)
  • Previous in experience in-house, working in global mobility or employment tax advisory experience will be considered
