International Tax Assistant Manager
We are looking for an International Tax Assistant Manager who thrives on technical challenges, enjoys developing client relationships, and is passionate about mentoring and leading teams. This is a dynamic role, perfect for someone with proven experience managing complex international and corporate tax projects in multidisciplinary teams. You can be based in any of our UK offices, giving you the flexibility to work from the location that suits you best.

What you'll do day-to-day:

Advise large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.

Build and sustain long-term client relationships while driving business growth through referrals, networking, and identifying new opportunities.

Manage client compliance obligations, including corporate tax returns, tax accounting, and reporting requirements.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams and colleagues.

Collaboratively solve complex tax issues with creativity and strategic insight.
What we're looking for:

Qualified tax professional (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA, or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience, including candidates qualified abroad.

Proven advisory experience with UK and international corporate tax clients.

Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including the ability to review tax computations, tax accounting, and group reporting for accuracy, completeness, and identifying opportunities and risks.

Solid accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret statutory accounts.

Experience leading senior stakeholders internally and externally, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships within large teams.

Business development experience through referrals, networking, and identifying client opportunities.

Broad understanding of UK and global business issues, with confidence discussing these matters with clients.
