As an M&A Associate Director, you will play a key role in providing strategic tax advice, managing high-profile projects, and driving impactful business development strategies.
Key Skills and Expertise:

Transactions Tax Expertise: Extensive knowledge of transactions tax, including tax structuring advice for pre- and post-transaction activities, ensuring tax-efficient solutions for clients.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing a variety of M&A tax projects and ensuring their smooth execution across various industries.

Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, delivering excellent advisory services.

Leadership and Development: Strong people management skills with an inclusive approach to nurturing team talent and driving performance through coaching and training.

Business Development: Active interest or experience in strategic targeting and cultivating client relationships, especially within the private equity domain.
