This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected Transactions Tax teams - a high-impact group advising on headline-grabbing deals across private equity, infrastructure, and multinational sectors. If you're an ambitious M&A Tax professional ready for more complex work, more visibility, and a faster route to leadership, this role is for you.

Why Join This Team?

  • Nationally Recognised Platform - Be part of a rapidly growing, top-tier Transactions Tax team making waves in the M&A advisory space.

  • Diverse, High-Calibre Deal Flow - Work with private equity houses, listed companies, and entrepreneurial businesses on deals ranging from £20m to £2bn+.

  • Accelerated Progression - Clear path to Senior Manager and Director, with tangible Partner-track opportunities.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration - Access a powerful international tax network to deliver seamless, multi-jurisdictional advice.

  • Genuine Culture of Mentorship & Growth - A supportive, ambitious team where your development is actively championed.

Your Impact as an M&A Tax Manager

  • Lead complex transactions from due diligence to structuring, offering commercially driven, technically robust tax solutions.

  • Partner closely with Corporate Finance and wider advisory teams to deliver end-to-end deal support.

  • Take a key role in client relationship management and business development - from proposal stage to long-term strategic advisory.

  • Contribute to team leadership and mentoring junior team members to develop future leaders in the business.

What We're Looking For

  • CTA-qualified (or equivalent) with ACA/ACCA highly desirable.

  • Proven M&A/Transactions Tax experience (Big 4 or Top 10 ideal), or strong corporate tax background with significant deal exposure.

  • Confident in managing client relationships and engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders.

  • A commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role.
