The Opportunity
Our client is a growing UK advisory and tax firm seeking an experienced M&A Tax Partner to join a highly successful and expanding transactions practice.
This is a strategic growth hire driven by increasing deal flow, evolving leadership responsibilities within the existing team, and a desire to further strengthen the firm's market presence. The team is on track to generate over £3m of revenue this year and is receiving more opportunities than current senior capacity can comfortably support.
The successful individual will join an established platform with immediate access to work, strong internal referral channels and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver M&A tax advisory projects across a range of transactions.
- Build relationships with lawyers, corporate financiers, private equity investors and other key introducers.
- Generate new business and enhance the firm's market profile.
- Work closely with Partners across tax, audit and advisory to maximise opportunities.
- Support and develop the existing team.
Why Join?
- Immediate access to a significant pipeline of transaction work.
- Strong internal referral network across a sizeable client base.
- Opportunity to influence and help shape a growing transactions practice.
- Entrepreneurial culture with genuine autonomy and flexibility.
- Visible leadership role within a high-performing team.
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with M&A Tax Partners, Directors or Associate Partners who can demonstrate:
- Strong transaction tax expertise.
- A track record of winning and delivering advisory work.
- Established external referral relationships.
- Experience advising entrepreneurial businesses, corporates, investors and private equity-backed clients.
- A collaborative and commercial approach.
Location is flexible, with the firm recognising that many of the strongest referral networks sit outside of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious transactions professional seeking a platform with momentum, strong leadership support and significant scope for growth.
