The role
This is a senior mixed tax role with a strong focus on advisory work for entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses. As an Associate Director, you will:

• Lead a portfolio of clients including business owners, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies.
• Advise on a wide range of personal and corporate tax matters, including remuneration planning, restructuring, succession, group reorganisations, capital allowances, and wider tax planning opportunities.
• Oversee and review corporate and personal tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive high-level advisory projects, from technical design through to implementation.
• Act as a trusted senior contact for clients, offering commercially focused and proactive solutions.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors on the delivery of complex assignments.
• Mentor, coach, and support the development of junior members of the tax team.

What we're looking for

• CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
• 
  Strong grounding across both corporate and personal tax.
• Proven ability to deliver advisory-led solutions to business owners.
• Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to develop and inspire others.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing presence.
