Our client, a leading mid-tier London accountancy firm, is looking for an experienced mixed tax manager to join their growing tax team. You will already be an experienced senior manager looking for a new challenge or a current manager looking for a step up in your career and the chance to work with a firm that can match your ambitions.

Your experience

CTA/ACA/ATT qualified

5 years PQE

Currently a senior tax professional in a client facing role.

The role

You will join our existing tax team and partner group to work on a growing amount of advisory work. This is seen as a key hire in the team and the role will offer a varied range of advisory work. Some assistance with complex compliance reviews and assisting other team members will be required from time to time.

• Working on small personal service companies to AIM listed entities and multinational groups
• Complex company tax Returns compliance
• Project management from start to finish on advisory work.
• Working directly with partners on their clients and liaising with other teams to deliver results
• Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team
• Technical research to provide possible solutions to complex tax issues
• Seeking planning opportunities within the current client base
• Management of WIP, billing and debtors across the team
