OMB Tax Senior - Advisory Role

Join a brilliant Corporate/OMB Tax team which focuses on advisory work in a number of different tax areas. This team works alongside another which focuses on Corporate Tax compliance and reporting.

• To support the Tax team in all areas of compliance and advisory work across all taxes, including income tax, capital gains tax, share schemes and the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
• To prepare computations, Self-Assessment Tax Returns and advisory memos/reports and associated HMRC filings.
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients to obtain relevant information for a particular assignment where instructed​.
• Communicating with clients and attending client meetings​.
• Ensure that files are prepared with relevant correspondence and clear audit trail to demonstrate how conclusions have been reached.​
• Where there are perceived risks, communicate this with the manager to ensure appropriate steps are taken, where relevant propose potential solutions​.
