Client-Facing Partnership Tax Manager - Multiple UK Locations

Our client is a major international tax advisory firm and they are seeking an experienced and client-focused Partnership Tax Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: As a Client-Facing Partnership Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax advice to clients, especially in the architecture and real estate sectors. You'll collaborate closely with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, property developers, and real estate companies. Understand their business goals and provide proactive tax guidance.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop tax-efficient strategies for partnerships, LLPs, and other structures. Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, participate in client pitches, and contribute to the firm's success.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Sector Expertise: Familiarity with the architecture and real estate industries.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
