Your role as a Personal Tax Assistant Manager:
- You'll work closely with senior management to deliver a wide range of tax advisory projects, including: remuneration planning and share incentivisation schemes, Capital tax planning (including inheritance tax), Property tax projects and International tax matters.
- You'll also play a key role in developing and coaching trainee tax accountants to become accomplished business advisors.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Hold a relevant qualification and have experience within a private client/personal tax environment
- Be an excellent communicator, able to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Have a passion for developing and coaching team members
- Be motivated to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
