Personal Tax Manager - Compliance - Bristol

Are you an experienced Personal Tax Manager looking to work with an impressive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and private equity professionals?

We're recruiting for a growing national Personal Tax team, offering the opportunity to work with a varied and sophisticated client base across the UK and internationally.

The role

You'll manage a portfolio of private clients, taking responsibility for both compliance and day-to-day advisory matters, while identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and introduce specialist colleagues where appropriate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of HNW private clients and acting as a key client contact.
• Reviewing complex personal tax returns and computations.
• Advising on capital gains, land and property, residence and remittance matters.
• Identifying advisory and business development opportunities.
• Managing budgets, WIP, billing and risk across your portfolio.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider advisory team.

About you

We're looking for a qualified ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA professional with experience in personal tax. Candidates who have qualified through significant relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing a varied private client portfolio.
• Strong technical personal tax knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in private client and family office tax.
• The ambition to develop your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
