As a Personal Tax Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering accurate and timely compliance services.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide ad hoc advisory support aligned with compliance needs.
- Identify opportunities to add value and extend services, working collaboratively across teams.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering growth, knowledge sharing, and development.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Significant experience in UK personal tax compliance, ideally within a practice environment.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, support junior staff, and deliver quality work under pressure.
- Comfortable operating at a managerial level and contributing to team strategy and process improvement.
