Top 10 Firm- Newcastle
£70,000 - £85,000
A Top 10 Firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate Director to join its growing North East & Yorkshire team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation in the entrepreneurial and private client market while gaining exposure to high-quality advisory-led work.
You'll work with ambitious business owners, high-net-worth individuals and privately owned businesses, helping clients navigate complex tax matters.
About the Role
- Manage and develop relationships with entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of private client tax matters.
- Deliver advisory-led work including succession planning, restructurings, transactions, cash extraction strategies and tax-efficient wealth management.
- Support the continued growth of the advisory offering across the North East & Yorkshire region while contributing to business development and client growth initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior team members while collaborating closely with senior leadership across Leeds, Newcastle and Hull offices.
About the Firm
- Top 10 UK professional services firm with a strong national and international presence across audit, tax and consulting.
- Highly respected private client practice advising entrepreneurial businesses, privately owned groups and wealthy individuals.
- Strong technical environment with a significant number of ex-Big 4 professionals across the regional team.
- Collaborative and commercially focused culture that combines high technical standards with a less corporate and more people-focused environment.
Why You Should Want to Join
- Opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Private Client Partner with an excellent reputation in the regional market.
- Access to genuinely advisory-focused work with ambitious clients and complex planning projects rather than purely compliance-driven work.
- Clear progression opportunities within a growing regional team that is actively investing in expanding its private client advisory offering.
- Supportive and collaborative culture where personality, commercial thinking and relationship-building are valued just as highly as technical expertise.
