Your role as Private Client Tax Director

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead advisory projects, and implement complex tax planning strategies, covering capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and succession planning. You'll act as a role model within the tax team, mentoring colleagues and fostering a high-performance culture. Alongside driving business development and strengthening client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Interest in capital taxes and trusts
