Advise some of the most influential names in Financial Services.
We're working with a leading Big 4 Private Client team that specialises in advising senior executives, founders and investors across the Financial Services sector. From hedge fund principals and private equity executives to fintech founders, investment managers and banking leaders, you'll become the trusted adviser to an exceptional portfolio of clients, helping them and their families navigate complex UK and international tax matters.
This is far more than a compliance role. You'll provide strategic advice on wealth preservation, succession planning, international mobility, investment structures and family office matters, working alongside specialists across Private Client, Corporate Tax, Transaction Tax and Global Mobility.

The Role
As a Senior Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile Financial Services clients while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice. You'll build long-term relationships with clients, lead complex advisory assignments and work closely with Partners to develop new business opportunities.
You'll also mentor junior members of the team and help shape the future direction of one of the UK's leading Private Client practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families within the Financial Services sector.
- Act as a trusted adviser to hedge fund managers, private equity executives, fintech founders and senior banking professionals.
- Deliver bespoke advice on complex UK and international private client tax matters.
- Lead strategic tax planning projects covering investments, trusts, family companies, succession planning and cross-border issues.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and their wider professional advisers.
- Support Partners in developing existing client relationships and winning new business.
- Take responsibility for commercial management, including budgets, profitability and client service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with specialists across the wider tax practice to deliver integrated solutions.
- Coach and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and supporting career progression.
- Identify technical risks and planning opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
About You
You'll have significant experience advising private clients and entrepreneurs, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, Alternative Investments or Private Equity clients.
You'll also bring:
- Strong UK Private Client Tax experience.
- ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in business development.
- The ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
