Your Role as Personal Tax Senior Manager:

You'll lead a well-established team, managing your own client portfolio and supporting others with more complex work. The role is hands-on, varied, and client-facing - from reviewing returns and providing tax planning advice, through to mentoring junior staff and helping shape the wider tax strategy.

You'll work closely with Partners and Managers across different service lines, so collaboration and communication are key. It's a role for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and wants to feel genuinely connected to their clients and team.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

You'll be an experienced Personal Tax professional, ideally CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified, with strong technical knowledge and a real passion for private client work.

Just as importantly, you'll bring:

• A genuine interest in people - clients and colleagues alike

• The confidence to lead, guide, and mentor others

• A proactive approach and the ability to spot opportunities for clients

• Great communication skills and a commercial mindset
