Your role as Personal Tax Senior Manager

This is not a "keep the wheels turning" role. You'll work closely with senior leadership to grow and shape the Personal Tax practice locally.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to a varied portfolio of personal tax clients
* Developing and mentoring a growing team, including recruitment and coaching
* Playing an active role in business development and building a strong local network
* Influencing strategy and supporting the continued growth of the Birmingham office

You'll sit at the heart of the practice, working closely with senior management and helping define what success looks like in this market.
