About the Role

We are working with a leading Big 4 firm to identify a talented Private Client Tax professional to join its growing Manchester team.

The role will focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families, family offices and internationally mobile clients on complex UK tax and wealth structuring matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on technically challenging advisory projects while progressing their career within a market-leading Private Client Services practice.

About the Role

• You will advise high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, families, trusts, partnerships and privately owned business owners on complex private client tax matters, including international tax, residence, domicile, succession and inheritance tax planning.
• You will work on a broad range of advisory projects, including wealth structuring, restructuring, investment and fund structures, shareholder planning and matters arising from significant corporate transactions.
• You will work closely with specialists across the wider firm, including Corporate Tax, Corporate Finance, Deal Advisory and VAT, to deliver joined-up advice to clients whose personal, family and business interests often overlap.
• You will have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and play an active role in business development, building relationships with intermediaries, wealth managers, lawyers, accountants and privately owned businesses.
