This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Private Client Tax professional to take on a strategic advisory-focused role within a collaborative and high-performing team.
Working closely with Partners and senior leadership, you'll lead complex advisory projects for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and owner-managed businesses, while helping shape and develop a growing team across Scotland.
About the Role
- Lead and deliver high-value private client advisory projects covering trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax and family wealth structuring matters.
- Manage complex client relationships and act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, partnerships and privately owned businesses.
- Coordinate across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience while overseeing project delivery, timelines and quality standards.
- Support and develop a growing team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates through coaching, mentoring and technical leadership.
About You
- CTA and/or ACA qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience within private client tax.
- Strong technical knowledge across trusts, IHT, CGT and broader private wealth advisory matters.
- Proven experience managing complex advisory projects and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
- Commercially minded with a collaborative approach and an interest in contributing to business development activities.
