A leading Top 10 accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Director to play a key role in the continued growth of its private client offering.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Director looking for a clear and achievable route to Partnership, with the chance to take ownership of key client relationships, lead a talented team and help shape the future direction of the practice.

The role:

• Lead a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families and complex private clients.

• Deliver high-level strategic tax advice across a broad range of private client matters.

• Drive business development, win new work and develop existing client relationships.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.

• Work closely with Partners on the strategic growth of the practice.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced Private Client Tax Senior Manager or Director ready to take the next step.

• ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified.

• Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness.

• A proven ability to build client relationships, win work and develop new business.

• The ambition to progress to Partner.
