Pro-Tax are working with a well-respected Essex accountancy practice that is looking to hire a Private Client Tax Manager into its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just compliance. Working closely with a well-connected Partner, you'll manage a strong portfolio of private clients and get involved in a broad range of advisory work, including non-dom matters, landed estates, trusts and wider private client tax planning.

You'll also have responsibility for developing and managing the team, including recruitment, coaching and supporting junior members.

The big attraction is the progression opportunity. The current Partner is looking to pass over the full client portfolio within the next 3 years, so they are genuinely looking for someone with the ambition and ability to become a future Partner.

You'll ideally be ATT / CTA qualified with strong UK private client tax experience, good commercial awareness and, importantly, someone who enjoys client contact, problem solving and developing relationships.
