Are you ready to take ownership of a high-quality private client portfolio and lead from the front?
We're looking for an ambitious Personal Tax Manager to join our growing Newcastle team - someone who thrives on client relationships, technical challenge, and shaping the next generation of advisors.

What you'll do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families.
  • Review and oversee the preparation of complex personal tax returns.
  • Advise clients on income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and residence/domicile issues.
  • Identify planning opportunities and deliver proactive advice to maximise client value.
  • Support Partners with ad-hoc advisory projects and HMRC enquiries.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise and setting high standards.

What you'll bring

  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
  • Confidence in building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A commercial mindset - able to spot opportunities and drive client service forward.
