Pro-Tax is working with a highly regarded accountancy and advisory firm seeking a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to join its expanding Cambridge team.

The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of private clients, oversee compliance work and support a variety of advisory projects.
Working closely with senior tax professionals, you'll gain exposure to complex tax planning assignments while building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior team members.
Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of private clients
• Reviewing personal tax returns and compliance work
• Supporting tax planning and advisory projects
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Reviewing and delegating work to junior staff
• Conducting technical tax research
• Working closely with Partners on client matters

About You

• Private Client Tax experience within practice (essential)
• Experience reviewing and delegating work
• Comfortable managing client relationships
• A desire to develop advisory expertise
• Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred)
• Right to work in the UK with no sponsorship requirements
