A rare opportunity has arisen for a Tax Partner to build a private client practice as a part of a prestigious firm's growth strategy in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

As a commercially minded leader across the private client space, you will take a leadership role and be integral in designing and growing the firm's private client tax offering, working across UHNWI, international tax planning, trusts, and property taxation.

The ideal individual will be strategic, a natural networker and business developer, and be able to develop high-performing teams to deliver an exceptional client service. You will be a central part of the regional leadership team, helping to build the firm's presence in the local market while contributing to its national success.

You will join a collaborative, supportive, and high-ambitious partner group, where ideas and an entrepreneurial approach are welcomed as the team make decisions through consensus. Your role will be a blend of client service, people development, and growth leadership.

We are keen to speak with qualified professionals who have significant Private Client Tax experience, excellent technical and communication skills, and a genuine passion for building relationships both internally and externally.
