Are you looking to build a high-profile career in trust accounting and advisory? Following an internal promotion, a market-leading Top 10 accountancy practice is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Associate to join its specialist Trusts & Family Office team in London.
This role offers exceptional technical exposure across complex UK and offshore trust structures, direct client management, and a clear, supported track for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities

Trust Accounts & Tax Compliance: Prepare annual trust accounts, tax returns, and related HMRC reporting for a high-value client portfolio.

IHT & Advisory Support: Assist Partners and Managers on complex Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and bespoke family office advisory projects.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for trustees, HNW families, and external professional advisors.

Mentorship: Support and assist in the development of junior team members.
About You

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trust accounting and trust tax within accountancy, legal, or fiduciary practice.

Qualifications: Qualified, part-qualified, or studying toward AAT, ATT, ACA, CTA, or STEP (Qualified-by-Experience candidates with strong technical roots are also highly encouraged to apply).

Skills: Solid foundation in trust accounting principles, exposure to trust taxation/IHT, and strong client communication skills.
