The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join a growing team, advising a prestigious portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client specialist looking to progress to Director level, with the opportunity to develop your client portfolio, market profile and leadership responsibilities.

The Role

You will:

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, shareholders and senior executives.
• Deliver high-quality advice across Private Client matters, including shareholder tax planning, transactions, BADR and BPR.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop your internal and external network.
• Work closely with Corporate Finance teams to deliver joined-up advice to shareholders.
• Lead complex advisory projects from planning through to implementation.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to the growth of the wider team.
• Take responsibility for WIP, billing and assignment profitability.

About You

You will have:

• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with strong Private Client tax experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge across Private Client advisory.
• Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to advise business owners and senior executives.
• A proven track record of building strong client relationships and identifying advisory opportunities.
• Leadership and business development experience, or a strong appetite to develop these skills.
• The ambition and drive to progress to Director level.
