Private Client Tax Senior Manager
£90,000 + Excellent Benefits | Central London | Hybrid Working

Bring your technical expertise. Help shape a new private client tax business.

For an ambitious Private Client Tax Senior Manager, this opportunity combines challenging advisory work with the autonomy to influence how a business develops.

An entrepreneurial, privately owned business is launching its London operation, supported by an established international organisation with a 20-year track record. Joining at an early stage, you will work directly with the founder to develop a high-quality private client offering for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and wealthy families.

Your expertise will help shape client relationships, technical standards and the delivery of the service from the outset.

The role

You will take a leading role in delivering private client tax advice, building trusted relationships and translating complex tax matters into clear, practical recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading private client tax advisory and planning assignments.

  • Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families.

  • Working alongside the founder to develop the service offering and support business growth.

  • Establishing robust technical processes and maintaining high standards of delivery.

  • Contributing to the direction and development of the London operation.

About you

Ideally CTA qualified, you will bring strong private client tax experience gained within accountancy practice or professional services, alongside sound technical judgement and confident client management skills.

You will enjoy taking ownership, contributing ideas and applying commercial thinking to client needs. The opportunity will particularly appeal if you want greater involvement in business decisions and are comfortable with the challenges of an early-stage venture.

Why consider this move?

Alongside a £90,000 salary, excellent benefits and hybrid working, you will gain direct access to the founder, meaningful influence over the client offering and scope for your responsibilities to grow as the business develops.
