I'm pleased to be working on a brand-new Director opportunity within a leading Big 4 Deals Tax practice in London, supporting a fast-growing Private Equity & Credit team.

You are a Private Equity Transactions Tax Senior Manager in a Top 6 firm and narrowly missed out on Director promotion internally but feel ready to step into that position in a high-performing, growing team.

You are an established Transactions Tax Director and want to specialise further in Private Equity and Credit?

Let me tell you a bit about the team and role....

This well regarded Big 4 team advises large and mid-cap investors across the full deal life-cycle, including due diligence and structuring, sell-side advisory, refinancing and restructuring, tax modelling, transaction structuring and tax risk.

At Director level, you'll work closely with Partners on complex transactions, lead client delivery, develop senior client relationships and support business development, proposals and pitches.

You'll also oversee technical advice across UK and international tax issues, work with wider tax specialists and play a key role in coaching and developing the team.

This is highly collaborative team, with a genuine focus on supporting people and helping everyone succeed, and you will play a key role in coaching and developing the team.

I'm particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have strong UK Deals / Transactions Tax experience, experience advising Private Equity and/or Credit investors, excellent client and commercial skills, and a track record of leading and developing teams. CTA, ACA, CA or ACCA qualification is a must, as is strong UK tax technical knowledge.
