A leading Big Four professional services firm is expanding its market-leading R&D Tax Services team and is looking for talented tax and finance professionals to join its growing practice.

The team helps businesses across a wide range of industries identify and secure valuable UK R&D tax incentives, combining technical tax knowledge with data analysis and commercial advice.

This is an opportunity to take on a client-facing role from day one, work on complex R&D projects and develop your career within a highly experienced specialist team.

About the Role

• Analyse client activities, technical information and financial data to identify qualifying R&D activities and expenditure and develop robust R&D claim methodologies.
• Lead the tax technical aspects of R&D claims, including SME and RDEC claims, Patent Box considerations and the preparation of supporting documentation for HMRC.
• Manage client relationships and projects, working directly with senior technical and finance stakeholders to understand their R&D activities, IP portfolios and associated costs.
• Review junior team members' work, contribute to business development and proposals, and progressively take responsibility for leading R&D projects and supporting the development of the wider team.
