A leading Big Four professional services firm is expanding its national Reward business and is seeking experienced professionals to join its specialist Incentives team.

The team advises UK and international listed and private businesses on the design, implementation and operation of equity and cash incentive arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional to work on complex advisory projects, develop client relationships and progress their career within a market-leading practice.

About the Role

• Advise clients on the design, structuring and implementation of equity and cash incentive arrangements, including management incentive plans and employee share schemes.
• Support clients throughout the lifecycle of incentive arrangements, including corporate transactions, restructurings, implementation and compliance.
• Provide technically strong advice on the tax and legal implications of incentive plans across the UK and internationally.
• Manage client engagements, build strong relationships and contribute to business development, proposals and the growth of the Incentives team.
