About the Role

As an R&D Tax Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping clients access valuable R&D and innovation-based incentives. • Advising on the application of R&D legislation and identifying qualifying activities and expenditure.
  • Analysing technical and financial data to support robust, compliant claims in line with HMRC guidance.
  • Collaborating with technical and finance teams to develop claim methodologies and optimise results.
  • Drafting clear, concise documentation and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You:

  • ACCA, ACA, CTA, ATT qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.
  • Strong understanding of UK R&D tax legislation and prior experience preparing R&D tax claims.
  • Experience with Patent Box claims would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear advice.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join?

You'll be part of a market-leading R&D and Innovation team within a global network, with access to exceptional learning opportunities, exposure to complex and high-profile clients, and a culture that values innovation, inclusion, and career progression.
