A leading Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Tax Partner to join its London office as part of its continued investment in the sector.

This is a strategic hire within a well-established national real estate practice that advises a broad range of clients including UK and international property investors, funds, REITs, developers, private equity houses and high-net-worth individuals. The team works closely with corporate finance, audit and consulting colleagues to deliver fully integrated advice across transactions, structuring and ongoing compliance.

The Opportunity

• Lead and grow a significant real estate tax portfolio in London

• Advise on complex structuring, transactions, funds, and international investment into UK property

• Play a key role in shaping the firm's London real estate strategy

• Drive business development initiatives across existing and new client markets

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team

The Candidate

• ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified

• Proven track record operating at Partner or Director level within a recognised firm

• Strong technical expertise across UK real estate tax, including SDLT, corporate structuring and fund work

• Commercially astute with demonstrable business development success

• Ambitious and collaborative, with the appetite to build and scale a practice
