Are you an experienced Senior Audit Manager with a passion for the Not-for-Profit sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 20 UK accountancy firm, working with a diverse portfolio of charities, higher education institutions, and trade unions. You'll lead audits, mentor talented staff, and contribute to the growth of a respected practice.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Not-for-Profit Audit, your main responsibilities will include:

Planning, supervising, and reviewing audit work for charities, higher education, and trade unions

Reviewing statutory accounts in line with Charities SORP, Higher Education SORP, and FRS 102
-
Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery

Overseeing the planning, supervision, and review of audit teams

Supporting business development through networking, tenders, and sector-focused initiatives

Mentoring and developing junior team members and supporting recruitment
About You
-
ACA/ACCA qualified with proven Senior Manager experience

Strong technical knowledge in Not-for-Profit / Charities and HE SORPs, FRS 102

Confident communicator with excellent leadership and people management skills

Commercially aware with a commitment to high-quality client service

Experience in a Top 20 or similar firm is preferred
