Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home (after 6-month probation, subject to client deadlines)
Are you an experienced bookkeeper ready to step into a senior-level position? This well-established accountancy firm in Victoria is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage a diverse client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses (OMBs), SMEs, and larger groups with turnover up to £230m.

The Role
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will:

Prepare management accounts and VAT returns for a wide-ranging client portfolio

Work on consolidated management accounts, including groups with multiple subsidiaries

Maintain accurate bookkeeping across clients using Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and Netsuite

Liaise directly with clients to provide insights and ensure timely reporting

Mentor and support junior team members in their development

Collaborate closely with the Business Services Manager and wider team to deliver seamless client service
What We're Looking For

Experience: Strong UK-based bookkeeping and business services background, with management accounts experience

Qualifications: AAT qualified or equivalent; part-qualified ACCA/ACA welcomed but not essential

Skills: Experience in group consolidations desirable; proficient with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and ideally Netsuite

Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and organised, with strong client-facing skills
