An exciting opportunity to join a growing, independent tax advisory business offering a varied mix of employment tax advisory, compliance, IR35 and transaction-related work.

Working with large and multinational businesses, you'll take ownership of client engagements, advise on complex employment tax issues and collaborate with specialists across corporate tax, international tax and M&A.

The role will involve:

• Advising on PAYE, NIC, benefits, internationally mobile employees and IR35.

• Supporting employment tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals.

• Managing HMRC enquiries, contractor risks and remediation.

• Building client relationships and contributing to business development.

• Supporting and developing junior team members.

What we're looking for:

• Strong UK employment tax experience, gained in practice or industry.

• Solid technical knowledge of PAYE, NIC, IR35 and overseas working.

• Some exposure to transactions or employment tax due diligence.

• A commercial mindset, strong client skills and an interest in helping grow a practice.
