Senior Tax Manager - Tax Investigations
Manchester City Centre + Hybrid working
£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus

We are currently working with a leading professional services firm in Manchester who are looking to grow their national investigations and disputes team.

The client base is a mixture of HNWIs, entrepreneurs, sports and entertainment clients, shareholders and individuals with an international presence:

Your new role:

• Lead HMRC investigations, enquiries, and voluntary disclosures for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, trusts, and estates
• Provide strategic advice on tax risk, compliance matters, and dispute resolution, helping clients achieve favourable outcome
• Manage complex cases from initial review through to settlement, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and HMRC
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality advisory support and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Oversee and develop junior team members, ensuring technical excellence, effective case management, and exceptional client service

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA (or HMRC qualified)
• Significant experience working in tax investigations & disputes
• Experience working with wealthy individuals and high profile clients
• HMRC backgrounds also considered
