Location: London or South East
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Are you an experienced R&D tax professional looking to take the next step with a market-leading team? A prestigious Big 4 firm is expanding its Innovation & Incentives practice and is seeking a Senior Manager to join their high-performing R&D Tax team in London or the South East.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of advising clients on R&D tax credits, Patent Box claims, and other innovation incentives. You'll work closely with clients to understand their R&D activities, manage technical documentation, and lead engagements from end to end.

This is a client-facing, advisory-led role where your technical knowledge and leadership will directly shape the quality and success of claims submitted to HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing R&D tax relief projects from scoping to submission
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Drafting and reviewing clear, technically robust reports and documentation
• Applying tax legislation to real-world innovation
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and contributing to business development

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in R&D Tax (Big 4, Top 10, or boutique firm)
• Strong technical knowledge of SME and RDEC regimes
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and technical teams
• A meticulous eye for detail, particularly in report writing and data review
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a desire to grow and lead
