We're partnering with a leading professional services firm in London that is expanding its M&A function and looking to appoint a high-calibre Tax Advisory professional.

This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded tax specialist with deal experience who is keen to focus on advising clients on the design and implementation of employee incentive and share schemes.

In this role, you'll take the lead on tax due diligence and structuring throughout transactions, working on complex, fast-paced projects alongside a highly regarded team. You'll play a key role in building and strengthening client relationships, contributing to internal growth, and mentoring junior team members.

About you:

• An experienced tax professional with strong knowledge of the Private Equity landscape
• Confident communicator, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Highly analytical, with strong project management and report writing skills
