Your role as Senior Tax Manager

This is a senior position at the heart of the tax function, working closely with the Tax Director on a wide range of corporate tax advisory projects while driving service quality across the department.

You'll be:

• Supporting major corporate tax advisory work - including demergers, reorganisations, M&A and company sales
• Managing a small portfolio of high‑net‑worth personal tax clients
• Leading the tax team, mentoring junior staff and ensuring training needs are met
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and handling complex queries
• Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure high standards and timely delivery
• Managing relationships across audit, accounts and other internal teams
• Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting, fee management and HMRC enquiries

What you'll need to succeed as Senior Tax Manager

Ideal profile:

• ATT and CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Several years' experience at Tax Manager/Senior Manager level
• Strong advisory exposure - particularly in corporate tax planning and restructuring
• Confident managing and developing a team
• A great communicator who enjoys working closely with clients
