This Transfer Pricing team is widely recognised as one of the premier teams in the UK, operating at the forefront of complex, high-impact projects for some of the world's most prominent multinational organisations. The team delivers market-leading expertise across a broad range of intercompany transactions, including products, services, intellectual property, and financing arrangements.

Work within the team is primarily project-based, offering a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment where no two engagements are the same.

What the role involves:

• Leading the design and implementation of best-in-class transfer pricing strategies, managing risk, planning, and execution for a prestigious and diverse client portfolio.
• Coordinating complex European and global engagements, working alongside leading specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising on business transformations and value chain optimisation, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and tax authority audits.
• Managing client portfolios and relationships, with responsibility for the commercial, financial, and risk aspects of engagements.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant experience advising multinational clients on transfer pricing within a leading practice.
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering innovative, practical, and commercially focused solutions, while contributing to the development of team members.
• Show a strong ability to drive business development through networking, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Be experienced in managing multiple complex projects and supporting the growth and development of high-performing teams.
