• Lead and shape the Share Schemes service line
• Build and grow a strong client portfolio
• Drive business development and market profile
• Develop and lead a high-quality team
• Work closely with Corporate Tax, Transactions and other specialist teams
• Have a genuine voice in strategy and decision-making

They're looking for someone who is commercial, entrepreneurial and market-facing - a Partner or an experienced Director ready to take that next step.
