Key Responsibilities

Lead tax advisory projects including transactions, reorganisations, and due diligence
Design and implement employee share schemes (EMI, CSOP, growth shares)
Advise on M&A, including reviewing SPAs, tax covenants, and disclosures
Support corporate restructurings such as demergers and capital reductions
Deliver HMRC clearances and advise on Employee Ownership Trusts
Work on international structuring and cross-border transactions
Collaborate with corporate finance and other specialist teams
Build client relationships and contribute to business development

About You

ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
Expertise in share schemes and UK tax technical matters
Strong experience in corporate tax, M&A, and due diligence
Commercial, client-focused, and confident communicating complex issues
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work
