I'm recruiting for a growing specialist advisory firm in Central London that provides tax, accounting and business management services to clients across the music, entertainment and creative sectors.
With a client base spanning recording artists, bands, DJs, actors, record labels, artist managers and entertainment businesses, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys tax but would love to work with a more interesting and varied portfolio.
The business supports over 400 clients, has an international presence across the UK and US, and continues to grow.
They're now looking for a Tax Senior, Assistant Manager or Manager to join the team, with flexibility around the level of appointment depending on experience.

Working closely with the Tax Director and wider team, you'll be involved in a broad mix of Personal and Corporate Tax compliance, advisory work and client relationship management.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, develop your technical expertise and work alongside specialist business management, accounts and royalties teams.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
-
Managing a portfolio of Personal and Corporate Tax clients.
-
Reviewing tax returns, computations and work prepared by junior team members.
-
Supporting tax planning and advisory projects, including technical research and report preparation.
-
Building strong relationships with clients and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
-
Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting the delivery of advisory solutions.
-
Overseeing compliance deadlines and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

-
Working closely with the Tax Director and wider business management and accounts teams.
About You
We're interested in speaking to Tax Seniors, Assistant Managers and Managers with a strong foundation in UK tax and an interest in developing their advisory and client-facing experience.
Ideally, you'll have:
-
ATT and/or CTA qualifications, or be working towards them.
-
Experience across UK Personal and Corporate Tax within accountancy practice.
-
A good understanding of tax compliance, with some exposure to advisory or tax planning work.
-
Experience reviewing work and supporting junior colleagues, appropriate to your level.
-
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
-
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
You don't need previous Music & Entertainment experience. What's important is a strong technical foundation, enthusiasm for the client base and a genuine interest in developing your career within a specialist environment.
