Financial Services Tax Director - Wealth & Asset Management (Big 4)

£120,000 - 175,000 + cash allowance + package

A leading Big 4 Financial Services Tax team is looking to hire a Director to join its high-growth Wealth & Asset Management practice in London.

This is a standout opportunity to work with a diverse client base across asset managers, private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, pension funds and global institutional investors. The role offers exposure to complex UK and international tax advisory, transactions, and structuring work within a fast-moving, global market.

The Role

• Lead on UK and international tax advisory, fund structuring, and transactions
• Act as a trusted adviser to CFOs, Heads of Tax and senior stakeholders
• Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio
• Drive business development, lead pitches and win new work
• Collaborate across Financial Services and international teams
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team

Ideal candidates =

• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong UK corporate tax experience within Financial Services
• Proven experience working with asset managers, funds or alternative investments
• Deep technical knowledge (CFCs, Pillar 2, interest rules, fund regimes)
• Track record of leading complex, cross-border projects
• Commercial mindset with strong client relationship skills
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders
