The Role

You will lead on advising multinational groups on complex cross-border tax matters, with a particular focus on the evolving international tax landscape.

This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will:

• Lead advisory on BEPS initiatives and Pillar Two implementation
• Guide clients through global minimum tax challenges and strategic responses
• Design and implement international tax structures aligned with commercial objectives
• Advise on global tax governance, controversy risk, and policy changes
• Lead international restructurings and supply chain transformations
• Own and grow senior client relationships across large corporates
• Drive business development and play a central role in winning new work
• Build and mentor a high-performing international tax team

Who We're Looking For

• CTA / ACA / CA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong background in international tax within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm
• Deep experience in BEPS, Pillar Two, and cross-border structuring
• Proven ability to operate at Director level or ready for immediate step-up
• Strong commercial instinct-able to translate complexity into strategic advice
• Track record of client leadership and business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to help build a modern firm
