A great opportunity for an experienced Private Equity Tax Director to join a highly regarded, growing mid-tier firm with an excellent PE client base.

You'll advise leading private equity houses across transactions, structuring, portfolio companies and exits, working closely with senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships.

The firm offers the quality and complexity of Big 4 work, but with greater autonomy, visibility and a more entrepreneurial culture.

This is a senior role offering excellent clients, real influence and a clear route to Partner.

Ideal for an experienced Associate Director or Director looking for their next move.
