Tax Director, Web3 and Crypto

You will be a Senior Manager or Director in Corporate/International Tax, or working in house for a Web3 or possibly FinTech company. With a focus on a broad range of taxes and many of the clients operating under multiple tax legislative regimes, you will be someone who enjoys variety and problem solving for fast-paced clients.

Work could include the following, in addition to Tax Compliance and risk/reporting services:

• Strategic advice and project management to Web3 companies
• Traditional international tax structuring for multinational Web3 groups
• Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) legal wrapper
  structuring
• Private and public token sales
• Accounting treatment and revenue recognition on token sales
• Tax efficient acquisition of tokens by founders and team
